WATERLOO — You can soon use an app to pay for longer parking in one of uptown Waterloo's several surface lots.
Right now, weekday visitors can park for free for up to two hours. Starting Sept. 1, you can buy yourself more time if you need it.
"We've been trying to figure out a way for people to be able to park longer uptown for a long time," uptown ward Coun. Melissa Durrell said.
Visitors can download an app, create an account and enter their licence plate...
