What kind of housing can be found in Waterloo?

You will find a diverse housing market that provides residents wtih a host of choices.

The Barrel Yards at Father David Bauer Drive, the condos at Park and Allen, and the RED development at Allen and King, are examples of chic uptown living that are sure to sell out quickly once construction is complete.

You will also find a wide range of suburban townhomes and detached homes, respectful housing for seniors, affordable student housing, as well as rental living options.

Two new neighbourhoods, located on either side of the city, are currently coming to life.

The west-side subdivisions, located in north-west Waterloo along Erb Street to Wilmot Line, broke ground in 2012. There are three developments in this area: Clair Creek Meadows, Vista Hills and Greyerbiehl and the neighbourhood will have about 1,500 homes when construction is complete.

Carriage Crossings, located behind RIM Park and Kiwanis Park on the north-east side of the city, is the first condo community in Waterloo where residents pay for private maintenance service.

For a listing of homes currently for sale, we encourage you to visit the Canadian Real Estate Association's website.

Waterloo really does have it all.
